My career began with curiosity – curiosity about how cities grow, how foundations hold massive structures, and how infrastructure defines the way people live. When I started Wagad Buildcon, the vision was simple yet ambitious: build strong, reliable foundations that stand the test of time. Over the years, that vision evolved into a commitment – to bring precision, discipline, and innovation to every diaphragm wall, highway, foundation, and infrastructure project we undertake.
Managing Growth, People, and Responsibility
Leadership in construction is very different from leadership in any other industry. Every day begins on-site, not in an air-conditioned office. You deal with engineers, machine operators, planners, vendors, consultants, and clients – each with different expectations and challenges.
One of my key learnings has been this:

Whether it is ensuring safety standards, delivering work before deadlines, or training teams to adopt new technologies – leadership means staying involved, staying grounded, and staying accountable.
I firmly believe that clarity, communication, and consistency are the backbone of project execution. Many of our landmark projects were delivered not because conditions were easy, but because our teams stood together when challenges appeared.

From working on deep diaphragm wall foundations to supporting large-scale metro, commercial, and infrastructure projects, we learned that true engineering strength lies below the surface – in preparation, detailing, and execution discipline.
